At e-tennis , we appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction.
We will accept all returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with tags attached) within 30 days of purchase.
If you do need to return something our Return Policy is as follows:
– e-tennis will accept all returns and exchanges on products within 30 days from when they were received.
– Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from e-tennis on all returns and exchanges whenever the return reason is due to personal reasons including but limited to “wrong item ordered,” “do not like,” “item no longer needed,” “doesn’t fit right,” “not as expected” or “changed my mind”.
– e-tennis will provide a paid return label if the return reason is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged, etc). You will need to contact e-tennis directly to receive this label.
– All returns must be shipped via a traceable shipping method. e-tennis is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If the tracking number shows it was delivered to us the return will be processed. If there is no tracking number or package has not been delivered to us we will not be able to process the return and any claim for lost packages must be filed by the CUSTOMER/SENDER directly with shipping company.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
No returns on opened strings, dampeners, grips or other accessory items.
Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached.
No returns on rackets and bags that have been used
No returns on USED pickleball paddles! All sales are final!
Broken strings do not make a racquet defective. Strings are separate from the racquet and they may break or lose playability and they may need to be replaced. There is no warranty or guarantee on strings.
Shoes must be in new condition and returned in the original manufacturer’s shoe box.
Products not returned in new condition or returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of e-tennis. If an item is not eligible for a refund or store credit, the product will be returned to the customer.
